Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 48 hours before production begins.
- Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible as most of our products are made to order.
- To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Reason for cancellation
- Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and must be confirmed via email by our customer support team.

✔ Orders that have already entered production or have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
✔ Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed based on our refund policy.
✔ If an order cannot be cancelled, you may refer to our return policy if eligible.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a “No Need to Return” policy for select cases to save your valuable time and money within 30 days after delivery.
Just provide detailed information and photos of the items you received to let us resolve your problem at [email protected].
We also take pride in the quality of our products and gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is free of charge.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, once your return has been inspected and approved.
⚠️ Original outbound shipping fees and customs duties (if any) are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund:
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached.
✔ Returns must be initiated within 30 days after the delivery date.
✔ Items must be shipped to the designated return address provided in our email approval.

- Customization/ Tailor-made products
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns
- Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for returns. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy.

The item shows signs of wear, wash, or alteration.

You are eligible for a refund if the issues stem from product quality, within 30 days of your invoice date.
2/ How long does it take to receive a refund to my original payment method?
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process to your initial payment method after a 3-day inspection period.
3/ What are the exceptions that might prevent me from getting a full refund?
If your request for a refund is after 30 days of delivery tracking
The problems are caused by giving the wrong shipping address, or the size you ordered is not fitted, etc.
The order was sent with exactly the information and items on order.
4/ How should I prepare my shipment for return?
You are not required to physically return items, saving you time and money. Simply provide detailed information and photos for issue resolution.
