84Volt processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, peak seasons, holidays), order processing may take longer.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • 84Volt is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after delivery is confirmed at your address.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Mail

Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses require 1-2 months for delivery due to unique transportation and handling requirements.

Order Fulfillment & Production Times

In-Stock Orders: Fulfillment within 1-2 business days.
Print-on-Demand Orders: Production takes 7-10 business days, followed by shipping.

Modifying or Canceling Orders

📌 Can I Update My Shipping Address?

  • If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update the address.
  • Submit a request as soon as possible [Click Here] or email cc@84volt.com with your order number.
  • Address changes are not guaranteed if the order has already left our warehouse.

📌 Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

  • You can cancel your order within 48 hours before it ships or enters production.
  • Cancellation requests must be confirmed via email at cc@84volt.com.
  • If you received an incorrect order, please contact Customer Support upon delivery.

📌 Can I Change My Shipping Method?

  • If you need to upgrade your shipping, contact us immediately at cc@84volt.com.
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping method.

📌 Can I Change My Payment Method?

  • Unfortunately, payment methods cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Tracking & Lost Package Assistance

📌 What If My Order Doesn't Arrive?
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Check with Neighbors – Sometimes carriers leave packages nearby.
2️⃣ Submit a Lost Package Request – Contact our Customer Support at cc@84volt.com.
3️⃣ Investigation Timeline – Once reported, we’ll work with USPS/UPS to investigate. Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.

  • If USPS/UPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
  • You may need to file a claim directly with the carrier for further assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

📌 What Should I Do If I Received a Defective or Wrong Item?

  • Do not initiate a return without contacting us first.
  • Reach out to our Customer Support at cc@84volt.com with photos of the issue.
  • We will resolve the issue promptly and provide instructions on next steps.

📌 What Should I Do If My Order Was Returned to Sender?

  • If your order is returned to us, contact Customer Support with your order details.
