What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
84Volt processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S holidays. If you place your order before 2pm EST on a business day, it usually ships out the same day. Orders made after 2pm EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the following business day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is on its way.
Please note: During periods of high volume (sales, peak season, etc.), order processing may take longer.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
84Volt is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring after confirmed delivery to your address.

APO/FPO/DPO Mail
Orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO sites may take up to 1-2 months for delivery. Military APO/FPO/DPO mail has unique transportation and handling requirements, which result in extended delivery time for online orders. Because Military APO/FPO/DPO mail is transported outside of the U.S. to overseas locations, normal transit times are generally extended, causing longer delivery windows.

When Will My Order Ship?
Kindly check our fulfillment policy:
- In-Stock Orders: Fulfilled within 1-2 business days.
- Print-on-Demand Orders: Production time takes 2-4 business days on average, followed by shipping.
Please note that during sales and holidays, it takes more time to process.

Please note that while we’ll do our best to process your request, address changes are not guaranteed if the order has already left our warehouse.

You can cancel the order within 48 hours before it ships from our warehouse. Please send your request to cc@84volt.com to confirm if it can be successfully cancelled.
If you receive an incorrect order, you can submit an inquiry through our Customer Support after receiving it.
Address Changes
Changing a shipping address after purchase is time-sensitive. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.

If you need to upgrade your shipping method, please reach out to us promptly. We'll attempt to process your request before your order ships. Please note that once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping method.
Payment Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method once your order has been placed.
What should I do if my order never arrives?
What to Do If Your Order Doesn’t Arrive
If your order is marked as delivered by UPS or USPS but hasn’t reached you, please follow these steps:

Check with Neighbors: Sometimes packages are left with neighbors or nearby locations. Double-check with them to see if they have your package.

Submit a Lost Package Form: If you still can’t locate your package, contact our Customer Support to start an investigation.

Investigation Timeline: Once we receive your inquiry we’ll work with USPS/UPS to look into the issue. Please allow up to 10 business days for the investigation to be completed.
