Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 48 hours before production begins.
• Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible as most of our products are made to order.
• To request a cancellation, please email cc@84volt.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for cancellation
• Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and must be confirmed via email by our customer support team.

📌 Important Notes:
✔ Orders that have already entered production or have been shipped cannot be canceled.
✔ Refunds for canceled orders will be processed based on our refund policy.
✔ If an order cannot be canceled, you may refer to our return policy if eligible.

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our products and accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item does not meet your expectations with free return cost.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund:
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached.
✔ Returns must be initiated within 30 days after the delivery date.
✔ Items must be shipped to the designated return address provided in our email approval.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns
• Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for returns. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy,

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Email cc@84volt.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refund Processing:
   • Once accepted, allow up to 15 days for refund processing.
   • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
   • Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
   • Any customs duties paid upon delivery will be deducted from the final refund.

Return Shipping Costs

• Free of charge for return shipping
