WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our return policy allows any non-final sale item to be returned in its original condition, with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. In the unlikely event of a faulty or delayed item, please reach out to us at [email protected]

All items MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW UNUSED CONDITION. If a product is returned with signs of use or wear, damage, scuffs, makeup, hair, deodorant, perfume or any other signs of wear, it will not be accepted and returned at the cost of the customer. In addition, your request for a return may be declined under the following circumstances:

1. Change of mind
2. Seeking alterations to the item received
3. Providing inaccurate details or damage due to mishandling
4. The order was sent with exactly the information and items on order.

Some styles may come with a security ribbon. If your item has a security ribbon, please do not remove it unless you plan to keep the item. Removing the security tag will make your style ineligible for return.

WHAT IS YOUR FINAL SALE RETURN POLICY?

Styles which are marked as Final Sale are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER WITH THE UNITED STATES?

A pre-paid USPS return label may be generated and provided to you after your return request is accepted by our customer agent.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?

For international customers, return postage is the responsibility of the recipient. Just enclose your order details in your return package and send it back to our Return Address below:

HOW DO I RETURN AN APO / FPO ORDER?

For APO / FPO customers, return postage is the responsibility of the recipient. Just enclose your order details in your return package and send it back to our Return Address below:

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?

Please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your account and go to My Orders.

2. Click your order and select Create Return.

3. Select the Products you wish to return

4. Choose the Reasons for your return

5. Create a Return Label - this will be available to be downloaded directly from your browser

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY STYLE?

In the unlikely event of a faulty style, you must reach out to us within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please email us at [email protected]

CAN I COMBINE STYLES FROM MULTIPLE ORDERS?

No, styles must be returned from each order separately.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY ORDER IF IT IS RETURNED TO SENDER OR UNDELIVERABLE?

WHAT IF I RETURN A NON 84VOLT STYLE?

84VOLT is not responsible for personal or non 84VOLT items returned to our warehouse. We cannot guarantee we will be able to send back your item and we cannot compensate you for ineligible items returned to 84VOLT.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Refunds typically take from 5 to 7 business days to process to your initial payment method after a 3 to 5 inspection period from receipt by 84Volt.
